Cancellation Policy

Workplace Vitality Screening is a free service delivered by Zoom or telephone. Your appointment details will be sent by email following booking. Please provide accurate contact details. Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Reminders may be sent by email and/or WhatsApp approximately 24 hours before your appointment as a courtesy. There are no cancellation or no-show fees, but please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend so the appointment can be offered to someone else.
