Service Description
Please book your date and time for your initial Hair Mineral Testing kit consultation call. During this consultation, we will confirm the address provided at booking, arrange where your testing kit will be sent, and talk you through the testing process and what to expect. Your hair sample will then be analysed by our laboratory partner to provide insight into your mineral status and potential exposure to selected heavy metals. Once your results are available, we will arrange a separate personalised results consultation online via Zoom or telephone to go through your report and discuss your findings.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Appointments are confirmed once your booking and deposit have been completed. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other clients. Appointment reminders may be sent by email and/or WhatsApp approximately 24 hours before your appointment as a courtesy. Reminders do not replace your responsibility to attend or provide the required notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these booking and cancellation terms.
